I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time in May 2014
Interview
They asked basic questions - why Lifetime, what's your background with kids, etc. An interesting part was that they had each of us plan a game/activity (capture the flag, tag, etc.) to play with the kids they had there, so they could watch how we handle different situations with them.
Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
