I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Life Time (Eden Prairie, MN) in Jan 2013
Interview
3 different interviews, 1 with head of department and then with the GM and then another with department head. That's what happened and I'm filling in this space because they make me have 30 words or more....

Question 1
Basic. Then I was told to find guest within club and ask them what they liked about the club and report back to the manager about the feeback. They wanted to see how well we talked to other people.
Great people asked a ton of questions as long as you are well prepared and the job is a job you do want with you being in to the gym it is not extremely hard
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Oklahoma City, OK) in July 2020
Interview
Quick phone interview to see what my availability was and explain a little more about the job. They then called me back a couple hours later to schedule a FaceTime interview. Easy and straightforward process.
Not a positive experience. They took very long to get back to me. Had an unnecessary amount of steps and amount of interviews- 3 in total for a job paying minimum wage and expecting you to buy expensive clothes.

Question 1
No difficult questions were asked. I was told I'm overqualified even though I'm still a student.
