I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Bloomingdale, IL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Was asked about passion, how much I worked out, why I wanted to work in the fitness industry with the sales manager. then I met with the GM in training and had a second good interview. finally I was to interview with the regional manager, who was supposed to come to the branch I applied for, instead he had me drive an hour to the location he was visiting. When I got there he made me wait for a half an hour, then gave me a very disinterested interview. He asked question about my wife's health, and how often I worked out. He was for the most part rude during the interview and left it with someone would call me. Instead after all the hoops I jumped through I got a dear jon letter. I'd never recommend this company for a position or a place to work out.
great really enjoyable i found there were lots of spelling mistakes and i helped correct everyone because it was fun and i am a fun person who likes correcting people at parties yep that's me
Extremely difficult, the company does not take into consideration you are job searching. They take you through rounds and rounds of interviews to almost uninterested you in the position itself. Four interviews total.
