initial phone call, in office interview that was followed by a typing test, i then met with the rest of the team/higher ups, and had a conversation with the CEO

Meet with the customer service manager, after you complete your writing and typing test you talk with the CEO. They make you feel very comfortable, it is them getting to know you. Everyone is like family so they want to make sure you will fit in with the rest of the team.
