I applied online. I interviewed at LifePro Financial Services in Sept 2020
Interview
I applied for the Customer Service Rep position on Monday (the salary range was listed anywhere between $12-$24/hr which I found to be misleading...) was asked to interview on Tuesday for Wednesday morning at 10:00AM. I rearranged my current work schedule to make this work and accepted the interview Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning at 9:00AM I got an email stating they had “closed interviews” and were cancelling mine. Not a huge upset but seems to be a bit sloppy and unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LifePro Financial Services (San Diego, CA) in June 2020
Interview
The entire process was extremely involved - There were 4 separate interviews (Phone screen, interview with 4 employees, three-hour working interview, final interview with leadership). I finished the last interview and was told I would be hearing from them within a few days. A week later, having not heard anything, I finally called and was told that they had had decided to eliminate the job altogether. I was never notified or contacted, despite having gone through a months-long interview process. I found this extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at LifePro Financial Services
Interview
The process overall took about 30 minutes. You will have to fill out a paper application form and then sit with Mid-Level staff during the interviewing process. Be prepared, the company is full of mostly white people and they’re looking for a certain “image”.
