LifeSearch interview questions

First stage was a group interview to see how well you work in a team and assess your attitude towards reasoning. Second stage was 1-2-1 with manager to see how y oh answer various questions about situations and justifying your answer. There are no right answers

Went to a recruitment day of 15 or so people and found out more about the work environment followed by a 1 on 1 later through teams. It was re ally great to meet like minded people.
