I was contacted by a recruiter from the corporate office and asked a few general questions, then 4 days later contacted by the manager to set up a face to face interview. I arrived at the time agreed upon and there were 4 other candidates there. So we quickly discovered that this would be a group interview which none of us were informed of. So talk about awkward. The entire interview was very nerve-wracking/ intimidating because we were also being interviewed by 3 recruiters as well (that made it clear they did not want to be there, although the position would mean directly working with them). And some of the questions were a bit redundant. We were never provided with pay of position and the manager conducting the interview told us that she might repost the job ad. Felt pointless and complete waste of time.
