I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lifesquire (Oklahoma City, OK) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was little different than other interviews due to the nature of the questions. They were much more practical for the type of work we do as assistants. The answers to your questions were less important than HOW you answered the question. The job requires a lot of quick thinking and the questions definitely simulated that.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lifesquire (Oklahoma City, OK) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview was very thorough. Employer ask seemingly random questions but were useful once on the job. They even had me take a few personality test that were helpful.

Question 1
How did you handle a mistake you made at a previous place of employment.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lifesquire in June 2014
Interview
LifeSquire's hiring process began with emailed questions ranging from transportation questions to my dream job in response to my submission of cover letter, resume, and references. From there, I was asked to complete two personality tests. An interview was scheduled which included practical on-the-job questions and real-life situations to abstract questions about character. I completed a background check authorization during the interview, and my references were checked shortly after. I was asked to complete a practical interview with one of their senior team members for a couple hours within a week where they showed me examples of the work in the field and provided more insight into what the job could potentially entail.
