We are sorry that you feel you had a negative experience as we pride ourselves on our recruitment process here at Lifestory. You applied for the Admin Supervisor role for which we received a high volume of applications. You were shortlisted for the role and were invited to attend an interview and were offered various time slots to choose from for your interview to take place. Unfortunately by the time you confirmed which interview time slot you would prefer, all of the available time slots had been filled by others and although you were not sent an invite confirming your interview, nor were you told it would not be going ahead for which we have apologised. On the day when you turned up at our offices we did offer you the opportunity to stay for a short period until the hiring manager was available to interview you or for the interview to be rescheduled but you declined both options. We are sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations on this occasion and wish you the best in your search for a new role.
