The interview went extremely smoothly. The interviewer asked why I would like to work in the "Photography Business", why I was interested in working with children, and if I worked well in a fast paced environment, with others and with children.

There is a high turnover because the pay is low so it isn't a very challenging process. They are always looking for new hires as it is a sales based business as well as quality based. You can easily transition to photographer if you have a car and are willing to go through the training that they provide to you.
