I applied online. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Albuquerque, NM) in July 2017
Interview
It was more of a pre-interview discussion over the phone. The representative for my area went over what the job would be like and asked some simple personality questions that would be reviewed in order to put a list together or potential candidates for an actual in person interview.
I met with one person. Very comfortable and easy setting. We met over coffee and later I had a phone interview with another hiring manager and it was very comfortable as well
I was contacted days after submitting application by a recruiter and and had a zoom interview the following work day. The whole interview was less than an hour and mostly consisted with what if scenarios.
