Interviews are usually fairly informal especially for photographers. They are usually conducted by the direct manager of the position who probably got passed the information at the last second and is probably short on time. The manager has also probably been provided a sheet of questions they have to ask by their manager and will probably record the answers and opinions and pass them back. In most cases, they are looking more for personality than experience and are willing to work with the right person. If you are applying as a photographer, dress nicely and act professionally and you'll be a shoe-in. Photographer positions are typically listed in many venues and since there are few experience requirements, Lifetouch gets a lot of "problem" employees coming in to apply. When a nicely-dressed, verbal, and nice person comes in, they jump to hire.
