I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lifetouch in Jan 2015
Interview
They first contacted me via email, and then called me. The call was a phone interview that I was not prepared for. The interview itself was nice, and similar to the phone interview. However, they did interview me for a position they did not actually have (it was the difference between full and part time!). After I rejected the part time position they were offering, they counter offered with a full time position. I was a bit baffled why they would offer the full time position, say they didn't have one, and then offer it again.

How would you get hyper, shy, or sleepy children to pose and smile naturally in front of the camera?
I met with one person. Very comfortable and easy setting. We met over coffee and later I had a phone interview with another hiring manager and it was very comfortable as well
I was contacted days after submitting application by a recruiter and and had a zoom interview the following work day. The whole interview was less than an hour and mostly consisted with what if scenarios.
