I met with several different people, including the COO, Lead Web Dev, and CEO regarding my educational background, general interests, and personal skill sets. I was surprised that they were more interested in learning about me than some of my skill sets and experience with Ad Operations, but now that I work here it makes sense. They are very much a business that is focused on their people.
