The interview process was very smooth and everyone was very nice. My recruiter was especially helpful in answering my questions and streamlining the timeline. It started with a 30 min recruiter screen. He asked very basic questions about my past work experience and my technical experience. I then had a 45 min technical screen before reaching their version of a super day. During the super day there were three interviews. Two of them were 45min - 1hr technical screens, while the last interview was a 4hr coding challenge where I had the opportunity to build a project given some starter code. Within a few days, I received word that my super day went great and I had one final 45 minute conversation with the hiring manager.

The interview consists of 4 steps, 1. The recruiter contacted me, and had a talk to me to make me familiar with liftoff, and in the meanwhile, to get more information from me. 2. The screening interview. The interviewer asked me some algorithm questions, I finished them. 3. There existed three round interviews in this step. The first two rounds were similar with the screening interview in the step 2, and in the third round, I was asked to finish a game, which was really fun. 4. I met the hiring manager in this step. I think the whole interview process was very fluent, and the recruiter is very responsive and very helpful.
