Very straight forward interview process. I had two screening calls because we didn't have enough time to go through everything in the first one. They are very responsive and communicate very well with their candidates.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Liftoff (Brazil) in July 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. The hiring manager kept me updated at every stage, clearly explaining what to expect and remaining very approachable throughout.
The interviewers were experts in their respective fields and had a strong understanding of the local market. They asked questions that were relevant to the role while also taking the time to get to know me as a professional and as a person.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.
