Interview
The interview process was warm and welcoming.
I was asked about my backround , strengths and weaknesses.
They were happy to tell me all about Lightbridge, and invited me to do a sample lesson with the current teacher and assistant manager.
I was hired, and had a very rewarding experience during my time there.

Interview
Fairly easy process, one virtual interview and then one in person. Management was very communicative and easy to talk to. Questions were pretty standard as far as childcare goes. I waited only a few days after my in person interview for a job offer.

How would you handle a child that bit another child?
They asked great questions, took me around to see the school, let me talk with a teacher to ask questions. Everyone was very polite. The center is beautiful and looks brand new.

Very simple questions to get a gauge on background in childcare. spent a short time in a classroom to get a feel for the job, then you come back and spend a full 2 hours split in different rooms
