I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lighthouse (Minneapolis, MN) in June 2019
Interview
I was contacted by the company via LinkedIn about one of their open positions, so I sent a resume and was invited to interview. The interview process was very thorough (over the course of a few weeks I interviewed for a total of almost eight hours with eight different people) but everyone I spoke to was very kind and their recruiters were great about following up with me throughout the process--I never went more than a few days before getting an update. The interviews themselves tended to be very substantive: there were a lot of questions about my experience and how I would meet the expectations of the position, along with behavioral questions that very pointedly related to product management, so the interviews were challenging but straightforward and there was nothing tricky or out of left field. Overall it was a great experience.

Question 1
How would you manage a situation where multiple stakeholders have competing priorities and you have to make a decision between them?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lighthouse (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview was conducted informally via phone and lacked organization, with multiple back-and-forth calls rather than a structured conversation. The second through zoom but still the people didin’t have a plan.
Too lengthy process and lots of steps to complete before being declined. Same questions asked repeatedly. Salary is good if you can get in the company. Sorry if this is not what you wanna hear.
Arduous. Flew to Seattle, interviewed all day, red eye home. Interviewed with 5-6 people. Nice offices. Met a lot of people. Time zone difference made for an exhausting day. Thirty words is a lot of words
