Interview
It was intresting to say the least. They will give you a presentation for about an hour before even starting the interview. During said presentation will you learn that this isnt the job that you may have applied for. After presentation you will go into one on one interview that will last for 10 minutes. If they offer you the role they will ask you to pay for 215 health insurance license course and test right on the spot.

Interview
I applied for Lighthouse and was reached out to by Lighthouse for a marketing job and found myself being interviewed for OneHealth selling insurance. The position described and what I interviewed for were not the same at all. They reached out under the Lighthouse name and I was interviewed for an entirely different company. Overall, a very odd and jarring experience.

Very easy and fun, the recruitment team/team has built a very fun/innovative office experience. Easy questions, easy to be yourself. Everyone was so nice, expect common questions to see how you fit into the team as work culture is important in this co.
