Lighthouse Youth & Family Services interview questions

The interview was a seamless process. I was sat in a room with two professionals from the organization and asked questions related to the helping profession. They were all questions you would expect in an interview at a nonprofit/social service agency. Everyone I spoke with were kind and helpful. The two professionals answered all questions I asked and allowed for a calm atmosphere.

Met with two supervisors to discuss the job position and responsibilities. Completed some real life scenarios (on paper) regarding working one on one with at risk youth . Discussed my work history and qualifications.
