Lightning Step Technologies interview questions

Interview was not taken seriously. Date to meet was moved twice. Once we were on the phone interview the hiring manager was clearly not paying attention, running around her house, and eating. She sent the next meeting invite 2 weeks after the date we agreed upon only to try and reschedule a day before.
