Was contacted by a recruiter for this position. A video "interview" is scheduled via Hireflix and used for screening to determine what candidates progress to an interview with actual Lightship team members. A question is presented on screen, the camera turns on, and you record your response. Your response time is limited and the camera cuts off. There are short breaks between questions. The interview recordings submit after the last question is answered. You receive an auto response email when it transmits. I received no other communication from the company or the recruiter, even after I followed up for feedback.
