I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Amsterdam) in Aug 2018
Interview
Overall I had a great experience with Lightspeed. Swift replies to emails and they kept me updated along the entire process.
It was all pretty informal and had just the right vibe that I immediately knew that I would love to work for the company.
I spoke with 5 different people and they all had different perspectives of conversation in mind so that it didn't really feel that I had to keep repeating myself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Paris) in July 2023
Interview
First call with the HR to better understand the position, the company and see if you fit in the position. Second call with the CSM team, we talked about the position and the company, but of course about you, they are trying to better understand who you really are and if there is a good feeling between the team members and you. Third call is with your direct manager (in office or remotely), she/he is looking for your understanding about the position you're applying for.
Hi There,
Thank you for the positive review and for showcasing the steps of the interview process. As a team, we strive to make every step count so both parties can explore the chances to its fullest. We're thrilled to hear you've accepted and are exploring Lightspeed further. Welcome!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Seamless Interview process where HR was with me every step of the way. I had an initial HR interview and three follow up interviews with team members. The whole process took about two weeks and was the least stressful interview process I have been apart of.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lightspeed (Amsterdam) in Feb 2022
Interview
I first had an introduction call with someone from HR to get basic information about the job and Lightspeed. I then had two other interview meetings with employees of the CSM team. The first one to have a more in depth overview of what the role entails. The second one to see if I was the right fit for the role.
