I had three interviews. One with HR, one with a manager, and the last one with two managers. Between the second and third interview I completed a writing assignment, and the third interview focused on discussing it as well as any other questions they had. They were straightforward about their expectations throughout, and answered all of my questions honestly. The questions they posed me ranged from general questions about my professional background to questions about what makes me the best candidate for the role.
