The process began with a screening by a recruiter, followed by an interview with a hiring manager. This was followed by a presentation of a case study, which involved a team of cross-functional collaborators and potential future reports. During the case study presentation, I faced a significant number of questions; however, these questions focused not on the presentation or my work style but rather on my work history and personal life decisions.

Follows industry standard of several rounds, all virtual. Phone call with recruiter, video call with Design Manager and Senior Design Manager, 45 min portfolio presentation followed by 3 individual debriefs (video), followed by 45 min conversation with VP of design (video)
