Lightyear (NY) interview questions

The entire process is a phone screening with HR, interview with hiring manager, interview with a senior leader and CEO, then a case study. Overall interview process was straightforward, and asked about experiences and interest in the company and role. There were a few mental math/riddle questions asked but mainly behavioral style questions
