Lilium Engineering Manager interview questions

Initial interview via Skype, then in person. Questions were appropriated and interviewers very friendly. Positive impression and really interested in joining the company. Unfortunately, no answers after the interview. I asked and they said I was not suitable for that position but, as I am very experienced, they were looking for a suitable position to offer. Then silence again, after asking further they told they needed one more week to decide. After one week no news. I asked once again telling I was also considering.another proposal and they told me to go for it.
