I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lillian August (Stamford, CT) in Sept 2017
Interview
Sent My resume via Glassdoor. I had my interview within the week. Interview was in store. Went very well. I am asked to come back for second interview. I am very excited with the team at LA. I had 2 ladies asking questions about my design talents and people skills. I could see myself working there.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lillian August (New York, NY)
Interview
The majority of the questions I was asked were about what I currently did and what I knew how to do. The company was going through a small transition with staffing so it was evident they needed new people who had the skills to work in their business.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lillian August in Feb 2014
Interview
The interviewing process was longer than anticipated, from the initial interview to the hire was 8 weeks however I've come to realize why; working at Lillian August is essentially becoming part of the Lillian August family. I'm very proud to say that I work for Lillian August Designs.

Question 1
I wasn't expecting to be asked, if I was up to the challenge? Having consulted for eCommerce startup and boutique company models, I've seen my share of issues. The interviewer was concerned about the staff and wanted to be certain that whom ever they hired was going to be there for the long haul. That impressed me.
