Lillio Software Developer interview questions

Initial round is with an HR team member and there was a take-home test that was quite long and involved creating a time in & time out app. Final round was with other developers on the team.

Interview process was pretty standard. First step was a quick chat with the HR person. She explained the process. The first step was completing and releasing a small project. The second step was with two team members going through the process and work completed during the first step. This step consisted of mainly technical questions related to the project itself and past employment. The third step was with two other team members, building on the designed application from the second step. This steps questions were more design and personal related. Although there was no offer (which is fine), after completing a 6 hour project and two hour interviews, I received an email stating they were deciding to move on. This was literally the same email that I received while applying for a role in which I didn't get an interview. It would have been great (after all the time spent) to actually receive some feedback from a human being regarding the decision.
