After submitting my application I was sent an email saying I would have a first interview over the phone and if successful would be invited to a second face to face interview.
The telephone interview went fine until the moment when I was told I had too much experience for the position. I was asked why was I accepting a position at a lower grade? And I was asked who would I have with me at home if choosing to work from home? (A bit weird this one), not the best start to generate trust between employer-employee.
