      Recruiter Interview

      21 June 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lime in June 2018

      Interview

I had three phone interviews, one with the actual recruiter, another with the regional manager and then finally with the head of people operations. The conversations went well and I was verbally offered the job. Upon asking for a couple of days to think about the offer, I got a email from the recruiter saying we are going to interview more candidates. I called and sent an email saying I would like to accept the offer...no response. A few days later I get an email from the recruiter saying they have chosen to go with someone else. How ridiculous! I would NEVER apply to LimeBike again or work for them because of the way they treat potential employees and their terrible recruiting practices.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Nothing asked was difficult, just wanted to know more about me. Honestly, it didn't even feel like an interview, more of a conversation.

      Recruiter Interview

      10 June 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dublin, Dublin
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lime (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2021

      Interview

Initial call with a member of the recruitment team, which was via phone and lasted around 30 minutes. In this call I was asked to talk through my CV, my interest in Lime and talk about my experience and salary expectations. A few days later, I was asked to take part in three separate video calls with the hiring manager. Each call was very similar, the interviewer they asked me to run through my CV and asked some competency based questions. I was told I would hear from them within a few days and I did, I received a very 'bare bones' rejection email template with no reason for why I wasn't being being progressed. I emailed to ask if they could give me any feedback on my interviews but received no reply, which was a little disappointing given I had taken time off work at short notice to have over 2 hours of interviews. However, the people who I met were friendly and professional and the process was over pretty quickly.
