They will call and prescreen you for about 25+ minutes [which I expected]. After the prescreen they had told me that they will be giving me a call back to update me on the process and if they will be moving forward. After two days, they had called back and moved forward with the interview process. Same day, I had received an email by a coordinator asking if I am available to come and interview in person. Once I had set my date and time with the coordinator, they had sent the confirmation email of who I will be meeting with and their title, as well as how to get to the building and who I should contact once I have arrived. The coordinators were very attentive and kind. Once I interviewed, I notice that they all have great listening skills and eye contact which is a huge plus in my book. They asked questions about my daily routine with my previous employer and what are my challenges and how do I plan to overcome them if I was to join a start up. I had a great interview process. Really, no complaints!
