The typical interview process for our Operations positions consists of exactly what you laid out. A It starts with recruiter screen, then hiring manager screen and/or an analytics exercise, three 1:1 interviews and a case study. During the interviews we like to ask candidates about their motivation for wanting to work at Lime, whether they applied or if we approached them. We hire for both skills/experience and motivation for wanting to be part of our company.
