Multiple zoom meetings with multiple stakeholders in the company including people I would work for and people who would report to me. It took about 3 weeks from start to finish.
The first interview was done by the hiring manager. The second round of interviews were conducted by 4 engineering teammates. All were remote. There were some coding test sessions. I didn't finish a coding session well, and submitted by updated code after the interview. I was not sure if it's accepted by the interviewer, but I got the offer anyways.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One interviewer asked my past experience of setting up a remote office.
The interview consisted of an interview with someone from the Customer Success team, then a c-level member, one of the CSE's, then a technical interview with a software engineer.
Expect to do some coding exercises in realtime and answer technical questions. Unfortunately, after my interview, I was ghosted. No response from anyone, not even an automated email saying they're moving forward with other candidates.
We are sorry for dropping the ball! We always try to respond personally and avoid automation when connecting with people. We appreciate you for taking the time to interview with us.
