I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lincare (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
No resume substitute for their lengthy application. The application length is necessary though. (company should move to electronic applications) once the application was completed it was a bit of phone tag to get an appointment set up. I was the hiring manager's second choice (first choice backed out). TB test, drug test, medical clearance all stuff needed to get hired.
Lies more lies false promises and getting stabbed in the back repeatedly by upper management that didn't want to take responsibility for their own actions or lack there off. the only thing they were looking for ultimately was a scape goat.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lincare (Somerset, KY) in Sept 2018
Interview
I applied and within two days I got an interview. Extremely easy was offered the job almost on the spot. I think not a lot of business minded people work at this company due to the quick to fire thought process. To keep people you have to build them up not tear them down.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Basically management questions and how I felt about dealing with conflict in the office.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lincare (Casper, WY) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interview was great but was not informed about the prior history of the store and the damage from prior managers. Other area managers are jealous of new managers coming on so they do not offer information or help. Lincare needs to focus on a team management in every area.
