An email invite to interview in person. A task to be completed live on their campus. Then a panel interview with three people. It wasn’t really revealed until the interview that the job would be completely onsite. Expect for future roles that you will be expected to work onsite. I appreciated that the interviewers clearly took their time in prepping for the interview. They didn’t notify me until weeks later that they chose someone else, so communication wasn’t the greatest; I had already accepted a better and fully remote position by the time they told me they had hired someone else.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lincoln Land Community College (Springfield, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Long process, multiple rounds. Everyone involved was cordial and the interviews were fine. It is obvious they wanted the best possible candidate. Everything in the interview was expected and everyone involved was professional.
