I applied online, it took around a day for them to accept me and call me in for the first screening. It is a short spelling test, some words are quite difficult, but you can do it! There is also a critical thinking multiple choice section, it is a bit tought, but we will see if I made it! They are all so polite there.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
