I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was a 3-hour group screening. First, we were introduced to the company and the instructional programs that they offer. Afterwards, they administered a spelling test (brief, pusillanimous, camouflage, medieval, commission, acquired, stationery, etc.) followed by a multiple choice Watson Glaser critical thinking appraisal. Next, they demonstrated two of their programs and had us practice these with a partner. Meanwhile, the director conducted private 1-on-1 interviews.
