Online application followed by standard cognitive testing, video interview, assessment centre with business/marketing case studies and final interview immediately after assessment centre. 3 candidates were invited to the final interview stage which was roughly 30 minutes with two senior engineers from BOC. The AC was conducted alongside the supply chain and logistics stream so the majority of applicants there were not engineers.

Online application followed by a telephone interview and then an Assessment centre. The assessment centre compromised of a group exercise, presentation, technical questions and a face to face interview.
HR, Engineers and senior managers were present. As well as being assessed they gave candidates an opportunity to get to know the company and those who work in it. All employees we very nice and friendly.
