2 rounds of interview (more like 1 round). 1st round was a meeting with Head of Operations and with the various maintenance craft managers and reliability manager. Asked some questions on current job role and career interest. Also asked some technical questions, but even after I couldn't answer the questions they were kind to explain to me. 2nd round was a visit to site and more like a discussion. Met the my soon to be manager who explained the organization structure and process clearly. He also answered questions very candidly
