I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lindsay Corporation
Interview
No phone screen. First interview, they bring you onsite and you speak with the manager. Second interview, they introduce you to the team, ask some technical questions, and make a decision about you.
In the first interview, it became apparent that there might be some ego-issues at the company but I gave the benefit of the doubt and went in for the second interview.
In the second interview, I was 15 minutes late due to an accident on the highway that blocked-up traffic. When I got there, they were upset that I was late even after the reason was explained and it was pointed out that other people at the company were late that day for the same reason. Nobody came out to meet me, they just made me wait in the lobby and had me communicate to HR through the lobby phone. Extremely unprofessional and off-putting. I wouldn't come back here to interview again, and I wouldn't recommend anybody I know to them, either, based on their behavior during the interview process.
