I applied for a job on craigslist, contacted HR email to confirm the interview time; HR was not on that day, I directly interview with electronic engineer, the problem was very simple, Ohm's law, etc. Later he took me to the boss and talked with HR about the salary. I do physical examination near the company and started working the next day.
