It was a pretty lengthy process with numerous interviews, a test, a presentation and a reference check.
The decision making was a bit unclear.
However, the people I met were warm and open.
Overall a neutral experience.

Interview
I was brought in by a recruiter for this role and interviewed with Lindt & Sprungli. The phone interview was pretty disappointing. I was asked where I lived and confirmed that I knew a key software program, otherwise had no follow up questions about my experience. They were unable to provide answers to my questions regarding Corporate culture and sustainability efforts. The answers about work/life balance and growth opportunties gave the impression that it did not exist, and the team was stretched quite thin. With the lack of transparency, and low pay offer this was not a company I would continue to pursue.

Organised and professional. Great conversations talking about the role, the business and the brands. They are passionate about the brand. Office location ok, but nothing special. The people were all very welcoming - overall it was a great experience.
