I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Linguava Interpreters (Portland, OR)
Interview
I had an initial phone call, and two interviews with two sets of folks from different departments, Lots of questions asked about a broad scope of things, seemed genuinely interested in hiring the right candidate. Took a bit longer than other jobs, but probably an effective route to go. Also offered me many opportunities to ask questions.
