One sit down conversation with managers. Nothing crazy, mostly was asked if I would be capable of doing the job and some stuff about my background. I think they were growing and wanted someone to start ASAP.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What did you do before this? Did you go to school? Have you done this kind of work before? Why do you want to work here?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Link Wireless (North Bergen, NJ) in July 2022
Interview
This job consists of having to work every day and giving up your life for the job. The manager promises you a 9 hour shift and only 20 minutes on Saturdays to assist the work members. However, this turns out to be a lie since the manager expects you to work outside of business hours every day apart from Saturday. Also, if you don't learn everything in 2 weeks, the manager will give you a warning that if you don't improve you will be fired from the job and that's how I ended up. There is no training and the only one you will receive will be from the assistant project manager who can assist you whenever he can and teach you what he can teach you since he is always busy. At the same time, the manager requires you to do all this for a salary of $55,000 per year and in 3 months is when you will start getting benefits and after 6 months you will receive the 401K option. In addition, this company is a family company and therefore you will see the grandchildren, cousins, nephews of the owner playing and "learning" in the office as if the place were a playground. There is no opportunity for advancement, no salary increase, and not even a member of human resources. Sham is the only one who takes care of it. So if you want to waste your time and give your life for this measly salary, in addition to dealing with how the manager yells at you and blames you for all the bad emails this company receives from Ericsson managers, then the prospective applicant is warned.
