Interview
Awful. The process takes forever for what is basically a minimum wage job. It has five stages:
1.) Phone call with a recruiter. She was super nice.
2.) Then a week later, a video call with a manager. He was very rude and condescending the entire time and unpleasant to speak with. He seemed annoyed by my existence. He basically asked the same questions as the recruiter before.
3.)Then a week later an onsite, talking to two recruiters. One was sweet (the lady from the original phone call), the other was very full of himself. They asked more of the same questions from the two previous interviews, with a few new questions.
4.) Then another week later another onsite, this time with the CEO. This lasts about five minutes.
5.) After ALL of this, they request MULTIPLE professional references for this entry-level. They will call your references.
They also seemed to have some internal disorganization, as one person would email me and say "we will make a decision by next week" then an hour later somebody else would email and ask me to come in for an onsite.

Interview
Interview process was lengthy only to find out that I didn't get the position because of the postings reappearing on LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Video interview with consultant to the CEO, on-site interview with 2 recruiters, last interview with CEO who was late and interviewed me for about 15 mins, ended the interview and said I was free to go. To add, when I met with the CEO she knew absolutely nothing about me, if you are going to get someone to go through a whole month of interviewing at least keep everyone in the loop to see if they should move forward in the first place.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Link2Geek (San Jose, CA) in June 2016
Interview
I was approached by one of their representatives through LinkedIn because they were looking for a Job candidate for a start up near where I live. They were very professional and easy to talk to, very timely response and gave complete information on the company they are hiring for. They asked me to describe myself and made sure that what they are offering would be a fit. They were open to questions, and professional.
