I applied online. I interviewed at Links Unlimited (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2022
Interview
Lasted about a month from first screening interview to last with CEO. Has to reach out after I didn’t hear back and was told the position was put on hold. Unprofessional.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Links Unlimited in Oct 2023
Interview
First interview was a standard Teams interview with HR, set for 30 minutes. HR rep actually didn’t show up, so I emailed several times and didn’t get a response until hours after the interview time slot. I sat on the call for 40 minutes. HR rep said they got pulled into a last minute meeting and apologized, so we rescheduled and meeting went on as intended. Within a few days I was asked for a second interview with the hiring manager, set for 30 minutes again. She was amazing and I really enjoyed talking with her. It was more conversational and comfortable than your typical interview, no grilling questions. That day, I was told I would be scheduled for a third interview on-site. We got that arranged and the in-person went great in my opinion. The team member I met was nice and friendly, very knowledgeable about the company! Overall I was really hoping for employment here, regardless of the initial no-call no-show snafu. I sat for 2 weeks with no updates to not receive an offer of employment.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Links Unlimited (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
The whole interview process was pretty smooth. I was asked to come in to meet with the managers first, and then met with the president of the company. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they are very pet friendly which was nice.
