The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Linnovate in Apr 2025
Interview
Phone screening with recruiter Oriel.
Completed a 1-hour TestGorilla assignment involving React, Node.js, Next.js, and a Leetcode-style question (#121 Best Time to Buy and Sell Stock).
After submitting the assignment, I was completely ghosted. No feedback, no follow-up call, not even a rejection email.
I followed up twice with polite emails—no response.
Ghosting candidates after they invest time and effort is unprofessional and disrespectful. Companies should do better.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Linnovate (Bnei Brak) in Mar 2025
Interview
"Stay Away – Unprofessional Hiring Process"
I went through Linnovate’s entire hiring process, which took nearly a month and was a complete waste of time. The process included:
1. HR Interview – Initial phone conversation.
2. Online Coding Exam – Standard programming test.
3. Take-Home Task – A time-consuming assignment.
4. Final On-Site Interview – In-person panel interview with the Tech Lead, Team Lead, and Project Manager.
After reaching the last stage and spending hours on their process, I was rejected because I “don’t have enough experience.” This decision makes no sense since my 3.5 years of experience was clearly listed on my CV from the beginning. If experience was a critical requirement, why take me through all these steps instead of filtering candidates earlier?
Overall, an unprofessional and poorly structured hiring process. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

Build full stack app react and node for a product list
There were three rounds of interviews with three company managers, as well as a professional interview with the head of the devops team. The process was pleasant, fair, reasonable, and the answer was given on time. Nice company to work there. Recommend to everyone.
