First round was of aptitude test which spanned for about 2 hours. Afterwards, the candidates were asked to leave for the time being in assurance of positive /negative result's being followed up... It was after 2 weeks, that I got the 2nd round call-Technical interview... Interviewers will clearly test your technical know- how here.

It was a Walk-in for the first round conducted for 2 days. The first round consisted of English proficiency, spot the error (spell check), logical questions, mechanical drawing and metrology. The written test was easy. Results for the first round were announced after 2 days. The selected ones were called for interview at 10 a.m. There were around 70 candidates selected for 2nd round. All were called one by one. The interview was for 10 minutes for each candidate. I was called after 4 hours. There were 2 panel members. Questions were basic and straight forward. Cross questions were asked based on our answers. They will ask questions from your area of interest as well as from other core subjects. They expected me to work for them for a long term for a meager pay they provide. They offer 10k for 1 year and 23k after 1 year.
