There were two rounds of interviews 1st was telephonic,introduction round. Other round was related to process and technical knowledge. After clearing these two rounds they offered me 2.85 lakh(Rupees) annual salary. Job roles were as follows: Password resets for applications such as AS400, People soft, Point click care. Remote access to computer, KIOSK Monitors, Time clocks. Entire network monitoring including main phone lines.
